No fees for Crook County based not for profit organizations.

Special Events: $250 per day per event

Youth/Non-Profit: $50


*Family memberships are for immediate family members only.  Children who have graduated from high school are not included in family memberships.  They must purchase an individual membership.

**Will be returned if there are no damages

Public Use FREE! (does not include bathrooms, sound system, & concession stand)

Special Events: $250/day (does not include sound system, pens, & concessions stand)

$1,000 damage deposit for rodeos

$200 cleaning deposit

$500 damage deposit for roping, barrels, etc. (will be returned if there are no damages)

Stalls: $25 per animal per night

The Crook County Fair Board reserves the right to set fees at their discretion for special circumstances. All rentals and use must be booked with the Fair Secretary.

Proof of Insurance:  Must be provided at the time fees and deposits are paid.  If no proof of insurance a $10,000.00 deposit will be made. 

Fees must be paid before any in-kind work. To get credit for in-kind work it must be approved, valued by the Board, completed before the event and upon completion the in-kind work shall be approved by the Board before any fees or deposit are returned.

Concession & Beer Stand: $100/day or 10%
of sales, as individually addressed
Panels: $100 deposit per panel (returned if there are no damages)
Showers: $100/day with $100 deposit (returned if there are no damages)
Banquet Tables: $7 each
Chairs: $0.30 each
Tent 24'x40': $500 (set up not included)
Picnic Tables: $10 Setup
No rental or removal of bleachers, tractor, machinery
