*Family memberships are for immediate family members only.  Children who have graduated from high school are not included in family memberships.  They must purchase an individual membership.

Special Events: $250/day (does not include sound system, pens, & concessions stand)

$1,000 damage deposit for rodeos

$200 cleaning deposit

$500 damage deposit for roping, barrels, etc. (will be returned if there are no damages)

Stalls: $25 per animal per night

The Crook County Facilities Department reserves the right to set fees at their discretion for special circumstances. All rentals and use must be booked with the Crook County Event Coordinator listed above.

Proof of Insurance:  Must be provided at the time fees and deposits are paid.  If no proof of insurance a $10,000.00 deposit will be made. 

Fees must be paid before any in-kind work. To get credit for in-kind work it must be approved, valued by the Facilities Department, completed before the event and upon completion the in-kind work shall be approved by the Facilities Manager before any fees or deposit are returned.

Concession & Beer Stand: $100/day or 10%
of sales, as individually addressed
Panels: $10 per panel per day
Showers: $100 per day with $100 damage deposit
Banquet Tables (31); Chairs (93) - $30 per day
Tent 100x60: $500 per day (set up not included)
Horse Stalls: $25 per animal per night
Camping: $40/day with electrical 
         (First Come First Serve, Only one spot has water hook up.)

No rental or removal of bleachers, tractor, machinery
