Here's what is happening at the Big Barn: 

Riding season is November 1st to May 31st

(Subject to change at anytime)

Currently CLOSED until NOVEMBER 1st

Big Barn Rules

  1. Scheduling will be on a 2 week rolling schedule. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!! (Subject to Change)
Schedule will be made on Team Up, everyone will get access to sign up on schedule for ride times after membership has been paid.
Tuesday and Thursday are reserved for those who wish to run ATV's/ Four wheelers for roping
4-H/FFA Horse Show Practice Announcement
Beginning November 8th, there is a mandatory meeting at 10AM. Dec - May every third Saturday of the month will be designated for Horse Show Practice exclusively for enrolled 4-H and FFA members.
Participation in these sessions is limited to those currently enrolled in a 4-H Horse project or FFA program. These practices are free of charge for eligible members.
The first practice will include a mandatory meeting at 10:00 AM to review rules, the event schedule, and participation guidelines and sign contracts/waivers.
If you wish to have more ride time outside of this practice you are to pay full membership to use the barn. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Any other Saturday or Sunday you must reserve time to ride. 
  • NO MORE THAN 4 HOURS PER INDIVDUAL/FAMILY on weekends, NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS ON WEEKDAYS! 
  • Please also remember the 4 PM to 6 PM Time Slots: From Monday to Thursday, families with JR High/ High School Students can reserve the 4 PM to 6 PM time slot only once per week. This period is prioritized for those families with children preparing for Rodeo Season, ensuring everyone gets at least one weekly slot during this time.
  • Remember, you can always ride with another family to make the most of our shared space.
Arena will be groomed Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday's. Weather and Temperature, Holiday's pending
Please clean up after your horses and any trash when you are finished, this includes anywhere in the arena Parking area MUST be cleaned of any manure, trash, bedding materials, ect. before leaving
Place all poles and barrels to the sides of the barn. Nothing should be left in the middle of the arena
ATV/Four Wheelers are not allowed to be stored in the barn during the riding season.
NO HORSES MAY BE LEFT UNATTEDED AT ANY TIME FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE BARN RULES MAY RESULT IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEING REVOKED

PLEASE NOTE:  The Event Coordinator/Fair is not responsible for scheduling time or checking who is on the calendar.  It is a first come first serve system.  All members are responsible for checking the calendar and reserving their dates for use.  If you are not able to make your scheduled time, please take it off the calendar so someone else may schedule.
