Exhibit entry forms

Use these forms if you are NOT able to enter online.  Online entries are preferred.  Start date for entries will be July 1.  Online entries can be accessed by clicking here.  Horse Show entries are due by July 10.  All other 4-H and FFA paper entries are due by Friday, July 14 at 5:00 pm.  All Open Class paper entries are due by Friday, July 21 at 5:00 pm.

Online entries are due by midnight on the respective days.
